培训科是深圳市对外经济贸易服务中心的业务科室之一，主要职责是负责对深圳市外经贸从业人员进行相关政策、知识、业务实务操作培训，负责代办外国及港澳台企业驻深代表机构和外商投资企业的设立、延期、变更，其主要业务以深圳市经贸发展人才培训中心（以下简称经贸培训中心）的名义开展。经贸培训中心于1994年12月经深圳市教育局批准成立，2000年6月获得深圳市成人教育一级办学机构资质，隶属深圳市对外经济贸易服务中心。
具体职责是：
一、负责对深圳市外经贸从业人员进行相关政策、知识、业务实务操作培训及外派劳务人员出国前培训。
二、负责深圳市成人继续教育培训工作。
三、负责为外国及港澳非企业经济组织在深圳设立常驻代表机构申报的承办工作。
四、负责为外国（地区）企业在深圳设立常驻代表机构代理工商、税务、公安、技术监督的登记、备案、延期、变更等一条龙服务。
五、负责为外商投资企业在深圳设立公司代理工商、税务、海关、公安、外汇、技术监督的登记、备案、延期、变更等一条龙服务。
六、负责深圳市国际商务师、外销员的培训、注册代办工作。
经过十多年的发展，目前培训科具备先进的软硬件设施，有熟悉办学业务且有教学能力和管理能力的专职干部，有一支精通外贸理论和政策的专家队伍，有多年从事教育实际工作的专、兼职教师。在南澳教学培训基地，有两栋四层毗邻大海的教学楼，可容纳60多人住宿；在市区设计大厦六楼，有面积 200多平方米的教学多功能厅，并配有电脑、投影、网线等现代化教学设施。

An Introduction to Shenzhen Economic & Trade Development Personnel Training Center
Founded in December 1994 under Shenzhen Foreign Economy & Trade Service Center (SZFETSC), Shenzhen Economic & Trade Development Personnel Training Center (“SZFETSC Training Center”) was approved by Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Education and obtained Level 1 qualification for adult education in Shenzhen in June 2000. SZFETSC Training Center is engaged mainly in training foreign trade participants on related policies, knowledge and practical operation and providing agent services of establishment, renewal and change of local representative offices and foreign investment companies on the behalf of foreign, Hong Kong-, Macao- and Taiwan-based companies. These duties are carried out by Training Office of the SZFETSC.
Under the guideline of “Gear education to the needs of modernization, the world and the future”, the SZFETSC Training Center adopts a schooling mode of “multi-level, multi-channel and multi-form” to systematically carry out foreign trade policy training and adult education. The SZFETSC Training Center has provided training courses on topics such as Lead-free Technology on Electronic and Electrical Products, Countermeasures Against Elimination of Textile Quota, How to Improve Company’s Executive Ability, Influence of Renminbi Exchange Rate on China’s Economy and Export, International Trade Practices, Serial Training on Foreign Trade English, How to Guard against Credit Risk, Legal Issues in Foreign Trade, Lectures on the Latest Foreign Exchange Management Policy, International Finance and Settlement Practices. And in these courses, the SZFETSC Training Center invited professionals from the Ministry of Commerce, Customs General Administration, State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, University of International Business and Economics, China Foreign Affairs University and local government administrations to introduce to trainees China's latest foreign trade policies. By improving the management ability and practices of leaders, managers and key employees of foreign trade companies in Shenzhen City and producing a large number of talents, these courses have facilitated the development of Shenzhen foreign trade and successfully lead companies in the market.
Besides providing adult education and training, the SZFETSC Training Center also provides all-in-one package service that covers approval application, registration at industrial and commercial, taxation and custom administrations for foreign companies in setting up representative offices and foreign investment companies.
After the development of over 10 years, the SZFETSC Training Center is now equipped with advanced hardware and software facilities, education and management professionals who are familiar with schooling, a team of experts who are proficient in foreign trade theories and policies, and full-time and part-time teachers who have been engaged in teaching for years. In Nan’ao education and training base, we have two four-storey teaching buildings near the ocean that can accommodate over 60 people. On the sixth floor of Design Building in downtown area, we have a multi-function teaching room, with an area of more than 200 square meters, equipped with modern teaching facilities including computers and projectors connected to the Internet.
